Creating A Dynamic Chart Title and a Dynamic Legend How to Create a Dynamic Chart Title: 1. Create the chart as usual, without a title. 2. In a cell of the worksheet use the CONCATENATE function Sales person: Jim Doe     that formula is in Cell C9. 3. Select the Text Box from the drawing toolbar and draw a Concatenated string: Sales by Jim Doe for January - March     small box in the chart title area. 4. With your cursor inside the text box, click IN THE FORMULA BAR January February March     and enter the cell reference for the concatenated string. Here, C9. A 10 12 15 5. Depress the SHIFT key and hit the ENTER key.  B 22 18 12 The concatenated text string is entered into the text box chart title. C 34 35 38 Change the elements of the string and the title automatically changes.
