Name: MAC 1114 - Trigonometry - 2691 Exam One - February 14, 2008 1. You may begin this exam as soon as you receive it, but first make sure there are 5 pages with problems on them. 2. The exam is closed book and closed notes. You may use the back of the exam if you need more paper. You may use a scientific calculator only to calculate the approximate value of an expression. If you do, give an exact answer first, and do as much simplification as possible. No graphing calculator will be allowed on this exam. 3. Show all your work. Failure to do so, even with a correct answer, will result in a loss of points. If you are not sure, ask. I am always willing to tell you to show more work. 4. Put a Box around your answers. You are only allowed one attempt at each problem, if you make more than one attempt clearly indicate the one you want graded. 5. If you finish early, you can leave. You are advised to check your work first. 6. Sign the following pledge. Failure to do so will result in a loss of points.
