Hence, we will learn about: triangles, angles, degrees, radians, the unit circle, trigonometric functions, analytic trigonometry, applications of trigonometric functions, and if time permits, polar coordinates and the complex plane. Prerequisites Formally, there are no prerequisites. However, the instructor assumes that the student is competent in basic high school algebra, including the algebra of fractions and the basics of graphing.
