Textbook CMOS VLSI Design: A Circuits and Systems Perspective , N. Weste and D. Harris, Addison-Wesley, Third edition, 2005. Recommended Readings CMOS Digital Integrated Circuits, S. M. Kang and Y. Leblebici, McGraw Hill, Third Edition, 2003. (EE477L textbook.) Logical Effort: Designing Fast CMOS Circuits , I. Sutherland, B. Sproull and D. Harris, Morgan Kaufman. Skew-Tolerant Circuit Design, D. Harris, Morgan Kaufman. Prerequisite EE477L or a PASS on the EE477L placement exam. Note: If you enrolled in this class after passing the placement exam, please arrange a meeting with the instructor to discuss your proficiency with CAD tools used in EE 477L at USC, and to prepare a plan to remedy any deficiency.
