Attendance Attendance and participation in all classes is expected. Checked regularly. Irregular attendance will elicit less sympathy and might be considered if you make inquiries regarding your grade. If you miss class, it’s your responsibility to find out from your peers what was discussed. Missed Tests Make-ups will only be given in the case of a documented serious illness or for officially sanctioned and scheduled University extracurricular activities (let me know ahead of time in the case of the latter). 2007-2010 Statistics Number of requests for make-ups or to take tests at a later time: 34 Number of tests allowed to be made-up or taken at a later time: 0 Studying Don't fall behind! (a minimum of 10-15 hours of concentrated, quality study time per week should be about average). If you begin studying three days before the tests, you will not do well – guaranteed. The solution’s manual can be quite helpful, but don’t learn to rely on it. Don’t fall behind on the homework!
