Organizational Behavior Assignment # 2 Pamela Miranda 98660192 1) What is organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)? Describe in your own way. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a unique aspect of each person in their daily activity of work, that we can practice it being loyal, with obedience and participating. Also having the interest to do extra work related behaviors that will take the person to go above and beyond the routine duties wanting to do more than their job descriptions and caring about how well they can do it and trying always to do more that what they have to do and doing it because they like it not like a obligation or thinking about having reward for it. 2) How is OCB different from normal working behavior? The difference between OCB and normal working behavior goes in the motivation to contribute to organizational success varies across persons, situations, and types of contribution.
