Dung môi khai tri n : N c - methanol - acid acetic khan - ethylen clorid ướ (10 : 15 : 25 : 50). Các dung môi nên l y chính xác vì m t l ng nh n c th a s làm đ c. ượ ướ Dung d ch th : Hoà tan 10 mg ch ph m trong h n h p ế n c ướ - methanol (2 : 3 ) và pha loãng thành 20 ml b ng cùng h n h p dung môi. Dung d ch đ i chi u (1) ế : Hoà tan 10 mg glucose chu n (ĐC) trong h n h p n c ướ - methanol (2 : 3) và pha loãng thành 20 ml v i cùng dung môi. Dung d ch đ i chi u (2) ế : Hoà tan 10 mg fructose chu n (ĐC) , 10 mg glucose chu n (ĐC) 10 mg lactose chu n (ĐC) trong h n h p n c ướ - methanol (2 : 3 ) và pha loãng thành 20 ml b ng cùng h n h p dung môi. Cách ti n hành ế : Ch m riêng bi t lên b n m ng 2 μ l m i dung d ch trên. Tri n khai s c ký đ n khi dung môi đi đ c 15 cm. Làm khô b n m ng d i lu ng không khí nóng.
