2 Strategy As discussed in the research paper previously Loblaws is using the multi-tiered strategy for their business which have different advantages and disadvantages as well. Loblaws is one of the famous brands which have famous chains as well. Loblaws must identify the best strategy work for them. Here the researcher providing some efficient strategies which can help Loblaws to grow their business most efficiently and achieve the milestone. There is three most famous strategic path to achieve success. Price-focused : The business must have a good and reasonable price for their product and services. Sometimes, the business chooses more than exception higher and prices lower than average. Price also reflects the value in services we providing to the customers. There are many price-focused retailers are present in the market one of them is the biggest competition of Loblaws. Walmart and Aldi, they both are using cost containment practices, in various ways, to make victory on price(Dunnhumby,2019). Walmart is very tough in negotiating with national brand suppliers also Walmart limit marketing overhead by being less Advertising based as compared to others. On the other hand, if we see Aldi provides a limited-SKU, also it is a private brand leading to maximizing turnover. Both companies aim for the efficiency in their supplier's network and also use the volume to greatest the pricing power and value. It would be one of the best strategies for Loblaws to negotiate very effectively with the suppliers for price and provide the best value to the customers for their investment through the product and services. Quality - focused: It is also important in the business to be a quality-focused. Some companies provide the best quality with the maximum price and some provide convenient
