INTRODUCTION TO PHOTOGRAPHY PROFESSOR SKOGLUND PROJECT 10: EXTREME ANGLES PAGE 1 of 2 The purpose of this assignment is to experiment with radically different positions for the camera to view the world. This assignment is to see how the world looks if you are very small (the height of your camera lens). This assignment is to imagine how the world looks from the point of view of a small animal, like a mouse. 1. This project can be done at home or at school. 2. Zoom all the way IN to the wide angle position on your camera. This position is the one in which the lens is retracted all the way in so that you can see as much of the room as possible. 3. Find an interesting and creative floor area to put the camera on. Examples: patterned rug, wooden grain floor patterns, many chairs and tables, standing lamps, toys, or other objects or even outdoors in gravel, parking lot, etc. 4. FIND A CREATIVE AND INTERESTING LOCATION. First take a few pictures by looking through the camera and asking yourself if the pictures are creative and
