Lindsey Faucher FSW 281 Observational Exercise # 2 2/26/10 I. Motor Skills A. Large Muscle Activity: -One of the activities the child did today was sitting down. As the teacher called everyone over for circle time, the student slowly made their way to the circle and immediately hopped down on the floor. They had absolutely no problem with sitting down at all, and did it quickly and with ease. -Another one of the activities the child did today was running. As she ran through the classroom, she seemed to swerve and even stumble a little bit. Her body kept angling different ways and it seemed as though she was a little bit off balance. -Another one of the activities that the child did today was climbing. The child would climb up the stepping stone climbing wall in order to get to the slide. The child failed a few times at this, slipping on the steps and almost falling off of the wall. However, the child managed to get themselves steadily back on the wall and continued to climb it. The child kept climbing this wall again and again instead of using the stairs, and
