Due Wednesday, Jan. 19 at 10:45am The objective of this assignment is to help you get familiar with the usage of sensors in the phone. First draw a rocket, landing zone, and obstacles on the screen, then use the phone to control the rocket land on the landing zone. (1) (30%) 2D graphics - Draw an arrow head, as a rocket, in the top of the screen, a cross, as the landing zone, in the bottom of the screen, and several circles, as obstacles, in the middle. Also use an image as the background. Hint: Read http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/graphics/index.html to learn 2D graphics in Android (2) (60%) Sensor API - Tap the screen to start the game. Use your phone to control the movement of the rocket. Suppose the phone is initially placed parallel to the ground. If the top of the phone is tilted up, the rocket will fly toward the bottom of the screen. If the left side of the phone is tilted up, the rocket will fly toward the right. (a)
