about what the statement means to you. Army JROTC Cadet Creed
I am an Army Junior ROTC Cadet. The statement means that I am part of the JROTC cadets.
I will always conduct myself to bring credit to my family, country, school, and the Corps of Cadets. This statement for me means that I am committing to behaving well to give credit to my
country, my family, my school, and the corps of cadets.
I am loyal and patriotic. This statement means that I am loyal and patriotic to my country.
I am the future of the United States of America. This declaration means that I am the future of my country.
I do not lie, cheat, or steal and will always be accountable for my actions and deeds. In this statement I am swearing that I do not lie, I do not cheat or steal.
I will always practice good citizenship and patriotism. In this declaration, I am committing myself to be a good patriot and a good citizen.
I will work hard to improve my mind and strengthen my body. In this statement, I am affirming that I am going to strive to increase my intelligence and
my body strength.
I will seek the mantle of leadership and stand prepared to uphold the Constitution and the American way
of life. In this statement, I promise to defend the American Constitution and the American way of
life if is necessary.
