Teams in Engineering Education iii Abstract This report reviews the needs for teaming skills in the engineering workplace and discusses why these same skills can contribute to improving the educational process. The report also includes a Team Training Workbook that contains exercises designed to take teams of participants through the stages of team development and the principles of effective team performance.
