For the LIA1 locus, deletion occurred at the following frequencies after injection of dsRNA: 0 in 34 at 3.5 hours, 1 in 50 at 4.5 hours, 9 in 257 at 6 hours, 11 in 20 at 7.5 hours, and 5 in 18 at 10 hours after mixing cells for mating.
