Christian Yimgnia Philosophy 1001 Professor Schaar Does science make belief in God obsolete? Science and Divinity have been one of most ambiguous issues of our existence. Some people fully believe in God has being the reason for everything that happens, others believe there is a scientific explanation to those things. There are also certain individuals who believe in both, but that science has its limits. The truth is people seek for more knowledge, and want to understand more humanity and existence. And the fact that science has continuously been improving throughout the years has contributed and made the belief of God obsolete. Steven Pinker’s answer to the question “does science make belief in God obsolete” is yes. He believes that because science has been there to answer a lot of human questions that are not necessarily clearly answered by religion. Questions such as, “where did the world come from?
