CR Long C532: Regression Modeling 7 Nov 2011 Homework #1 ( Due as e-mail attachments by 8am on Mon, 14 Nov 2011 ): Use the SPSS dataset Exam3Q4_C530_2011.sav from the course website (15 pts). This dataset contains select data from a randomized clinical trial conducted to test the efficacy of chiropractic adjustments and exercise for treating the symptoms of women with primary dysmenorrhea. Women were recruited from a metropolitan area and evaluated for inclusion through four screening levels. Women between the ages of 18 and 45 with primary dysmenorrhea diagnosed by participating gynecologists were randomly assigned to either chiropractic, chiropractic + exercise or sham chiropractic. The women were treated over four menstrual cycles. Demographics and health history were obtained at the screening visits. The primary outcome variables were the Visual Analog Scale (VAS, 0 to 100 mm scale where 0 indicates “no pain” and 100 indicates “worst pain possible”, measured to the nearest mm) and
