With a focus on basic marketing principles as they relate to health care, internal and external marketing, doctor/patient relationships, public speaking, the class will culminate with the creation of a marketing plan for chiropractic practice. Learning Outcomes (CCE Guidelines): Attitudes: Acknowledge the benefits of effective written and verbal communication in small business success Determine how marketing and consumer perception impact chiropractic practice growth Knowledge: Select professional and ethical internal and external marketing methods Explain the impact of good doctor-patient relationships on practice success Construct a marketing plan for chiropractic practice Skills: Demonstrate the marketing value of public speaking Create a presentation focused on marketing a chiropractic practice Course Materials: Class notes are available online ( .
