AS 200 Fall 2010 Homework - Personal Goals Personal Letter Due: 7/8 Oct 10 Cadets: I want to know more about why you’ve decided to join Air Force ROTC and what you want to accomplish in your short and long term career. Prepare a 1-2 page, typed, personal letter telling me about your reasons for joining the AFROTC program, your goals for your cadet career, and what you’d like to accomplish after you commission in the active duty Air Force. Civilian Students: I want to know why you decided to take an Air Force class and what you hope to learn this term. Prepare a 1-2 page, typed, personal letter telling me about your reasons for taking this class, and your goals for your career. Reference pages 167-182 in The Tongue and Quill for guidance on the proper format for the letter. Evaluation of the paper will focus on format, content, and organization, transitions, spelling, punctuation, grammar, word choice, conciseness, and paragraph structure. You may work with one other student as you prepare your letter if you choose.
