Are the cases situations or statements, conclusions or views? The cases need to be  situations. Would most people agree with this case or take issue with it? Have reasons been given for why it is a good case? Have enough reasons been given for why it is a good case? Does the chart mention the case directly? If so, it is not supposed to, since the  chart is the most abstract part of the step and represents the general meaning of  the concepts as derived from a particular case? Borderline Case Does the borderline case reflect a generally accepted indecision?  Would most people agree with this case or take issue with it?
