Nancy Crawley Case 17 Xerox Alison Capassela is Xerox sales representative base in Washington, D.C. For the company Xerox, Alison Capossola was the primary contact for customers. She is also responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships. In order to maintain her job at an efficient level, she has to do certain activities from making presentations, attending training sessions, managing the team at Xerox, and also monitoring other competitors. The most rewarding thing for Alison Capossola is the face to face interaction she has with her customers. She likes to feel challenged so she can fight back and enjoy the friendly competition. By seeing her customers face to face, she is able to have more one on one time with them and it can be more personal for both people. Being more personal makes the customer feel more comfortable, so it is a good idea for Alison Capassela to like to have meetings with her customers face to face. Xerox is a company that tries to help people find better ways to do great work.
