Nancy Crawley Case 9 Rollerblades Rollerblades are a very fun and entertaining product for consumers to have . There are many great experiences that can happen through in line skating and rollerblading . There are trends in the environment that may make rollerblades a more popular product . A few forces include: social, economic, technological, competitive, and regulatory . If there are a few consumers who buy rollerblades and go off with their friends or family they can influence others to go out and buy the product . One of the biggest ways to spread information on a certain product is by word of mouth. Word of mouth is just when a consumer who has bought a product, goes out and tells friends or family members about the product and if they like it or not. Word of mouth can either be really helpful for a company or very harmful depending on what the consumer says about the product bought. There are all different types of skates, rollerblades, etc
