The costs are rising making businesses think towards planning that how to cut the costs. It is a very big issue as decreasing the costs lowers the productivity also. But businesses should cut the extra costs which they are paying. One solution to this can be introduction of a four-day work week. Four-day work week as its name suggests that there will be only four working days in such culture. Employees will be working for four days out of seven and they will be getting a long weekend for them to relax. Whether to introduce that culture or not is a question to be considered as it has a number of advantages and disadvantages of this. Businesses must take them into consideration before implementing so they would have a fair idea that will it be beneficial or not.
