[5 points] As discussed in class, the design-construction industry is broken up into different sectors, often defined by the scale of work, intended purpose and owner. Within these sectors (commercial, heavy civil, residential, industrial, public, private) describe how the role of an engineer changes according to the organizational structure of the project.
