MSL 101-Introduction to Leadership Assignment Lesson 10: Introduction to Stress Management Assignment  Review the readings for Lesson Ten: Stress Management. Remember that stress and its sources can be physical or psychosocial. Create a total of three situations.  Each situation is composed of four parts: 1) description of the stress; 2) how to identify the stress  (symptoms); 3) how to prevent the stress; and 4) how to treat the stress.  You will turn your work in at the beginning of class and this will make up the class exercise. Print or type  clearly.
