Pitch Outline Adam Newman, Michael Ingeman, Nisha Mohan, Stuart Frost 1. What is the problem you are addressing and what is your concept? The problem is that the majority of travel planning services are not personalized to a degree where a given travel experience is unique and tailored to an individual’s specific personality traits. The problem is the majority of trips a given person can take do not encourage the traveler to learn about and experience the cultural aspects of the area being visited. Our service will create a system that gives a trip specialist (our employees) the ability to learn large amounts of information about a given client’s personality, financial standing, region and activity preferences through a 3-5 minute survey. From that information the agent would create a tentative itinerary keeping in mind that the main goal is to integrate more cultural aspects (those which are unique and create an identity for a region or country) into the person’s vacation. 2.
