Competitive Analysis Before a company can properly identify the necessary steps to improving their competitive advantage it is essential to have a thorough understanding of the market they are functioning within and who are there main competitors. In the following document we will identify who Global Waters biggest competitors are, what products they produce, what their core competencies are and finally what the future market outlook is for Global Water based on this information. Competitors: The Sensus North America Water division provides technology solutions that enable utilities and consumers to conserve water.
