The vitamins do not have any toxic levels that could harm a person or a person has too much of one vitamin. However, if a person continues to consume a certain food or take too much of a certain vitamin it can be harmful. Meaning if you over use it, it could cause some health problems or even death. Everything is in moderation or at least just follows the instruction to be on the safe side. Vitamins are vital to the many functions in our bodies....
