Multivitamin Review After looking at the label of my multivitamins and reading about what is needed in a daily dose I feel that it meets the recommended daily intake for me. As for my diet some of the things I eat already as some of the certain vitamins but not enough that my body needs so just like the vitamins I lack in my diet the multivitamins make up for them. There are a lot of benefits to taking multivitamins; one that helps me out is stress. These vitamins can deal with the stress and keep us mentally healthy and energized at the same time. The vitamins do not have any toxic levels that could harm a person or a person has too much of one vitamin. However, if a person continues to consume a certain food or take too much of a certain vitamin it can be harmful. Meaning if you over use it, it could cause some health problems or even death. Everything is in moderation or at least just follows the instruction to be on the safe side. Vitamins are vital to the many functions in our bodies....
