My Health Plan I will be continuing my plan that I have implemented not only for an assignment in class but a healthy way of living. When this class first started I was weighing about 365 pounds. Now that I have been sticking to my goals and living a healthy life and being more active I am now down to 345 pounds. I feel for the most part the problems that I was having when I begun this journey are still the same struggles. I still have times where I am in lazy mode and in the mist of working out I sometimes feel like stopping. Physically my joints are not like they use to be and moving like I use to is still a struggle but is improving. I have still struggled with falling back into the tendency of being lazy whenever I am going to workout I would rather stay home and watch a show or instead of eating that salad I would eat the french fries. I am still losing my breath fast and my blood pressure is still a little high but not as much. Another problem that still gets in the way is having a routine that I can stick too and follow. I am not coaching right now so I have a little more free time but at the same time it feels I have less time. My work schedule is always up and down so every week things are different and my body feels different because of it. I think through all of these problems lay nothing but motivation for me to get rid of these problems. What I mean by this is by taking my time and staying with the plan that is head I will be healthier and live a fuller life. I think about 30 days ago we had an assignment that challenged us and made us map out what we intend to do about being healthier. I think I wanted to start the process and get in the groove of being healthier. My overall goal was to lose 100 pounds by
