Eating—What, When, and How Much For me I would have to agree with a lot of the things I have read and I can go, as far as to say that some of them are my habits I need to change. One that stands out to me is when the book talks about the serving size and how we tend to eat me because of our serving size. I can admit that depending on whom I am with is how much Im going to eat. I guess you can say it just depends on the situation. I can say I would agree with everything I have read but as far as sham eating goes, this is the first time I have ever heard of it and it is an interesting concept....
