How do you think gender, race, and ethnicity have affected your behavior? I think all three gender, race and ethnicity have affected my behavior in good way to make me to push myself to the maximum, doing the best job possible that I can do. Being the bigger person to act more maturely and respectable than any other to show a good example to others. It is important when one other person is acting in an incorrect manner or inappropriate way that you do not feed into this and stoop down to their level. This has affected my behavior because I say to myself well I’m not going to act like they do, I care about the way I speak and act towards the people around. We are all working together to build a stronger company, I feel stronger because I don’t let things get to me because of someone acting younger than they should. Provide an example from your life where you have observed people from different ethnic backgrounds or genders behaving differently in the same situation.

I dont worry about it because I know that soon there will be another position that I will get. After he had gotten the position his immaturity set in and he kind of acted differently, like only talked to certain people and always acting like I know everything kind of attitude. We all know in the business world this does not go too far you have to work hard and show to people that you really do care about your job....
