CET KEY #1 This is a Partial Pattern (Rationale Below) Left DT shows a completely reproducible scan (sign of pattern) supporting a “full blown” pattern. The discrepancy at the top is negligible. Delta T, however, shows similarity in the uppermost portion but swings opposite in the middle and bottom (signs of adaptation) Right DT also shows similarity in the upper portion but, again, shows opposite swings in the middle and bottom sections (signs of adaptation) These scans show signs of both pattern and adaptation so collectively demonstrate a “partial pattern” and require an evaluation of secondary findings Secondary Findings Fossa: + + + Leg Check: - - Palpation: + + Symptomatology: + Conclusion Due to the presence of a “partial pattern”, the secondary findings must be evaluated. The propensity of “+” findings indicate that the patient should be adjusted ASLA.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
