Collin County Community College Anatomy and Physiology I Bio 2401 Skeletal Muscle Physiology: Computer simulation PhysioEx16B Format of the lab report: Times New Roma 12 pt, double spaced. Introduction : Write a 1 – 2 page introduction giving background information relevant to the lab activities. Include in the introduction a discussion of recruitment, multiple motor unit summation and their relationship to muscle force. Discuss (what is) treppe, wave summation, tetanus, and their relationship with the neuronal stimulation (action potential, refractory period). Include the difference(s) between isometric contraction and isotonic contraction. After your introduction, you will treat each activity separately. For activities 1, 2, 3 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 answer the questions in each activity using the data gathered in the activity in question and answer format, that will be presented in the results section.
