Nursing is a challenging jobthat is the only meant for the strong-hearted. The kind of environment that nurses operate initialchallenges and difficulty. During my interaction and studies, i have accumulated sufficientknowledge that has given me new strategies to overcome the challenges and complexitiesinvolved in the nursing field. The practicals i have been involved in over the time of my studieshave helped me know how to deliver efficient services to the disadvantaged group of people inthe community. Therefore, with my vast knowledge and experiences in dealing with differenttypes of people or patients in a variety of health care settings. It has enhanced my professionaland leadership skills. With the diversity in the nursing world, it is difficult to rely on anindividual’s knowledge and training. The collaboration and cooperation of health practitionersare essential as it helps the nurses enhance their productivity which results in giving qualityhealth care services to the patients. My experience in the medical field has enabled me to masterthe system, which makes it easy for me to provide efficient services to the vulnerable group ofpeople. Providing services to the less fortunate gives me a sense of responsibility which presentsme with high self-esteem.New Practice ApproachesIn the last decade, the nursing profession has undergone a couple of changes.
