2QUALITATIVE RESEARCHRough Draft Qualitative Research Critique and Ethical Considerations1.1 Background of Study1.1.1 Problem: The two articles focus on the issue of burnout among nurses. They focus on nurses'well-being and how their mental health is affected by burnout and fatigue at their places ofwork.1.1.2 Significance of the studies: The study is beneficial in discussing the mental state of nurses at their workplace as aresult of burnout and fatigue. The studies suggest different possibilities of change at thenurses' workplace. The reviews will also help decrease mental health problems among thenurses by creating forums for communicating issues that nurses face and representation ofthe nurses on relevant committees where they can express their needs. 1.1.3 Purpose:The first article aims to find out work-related problems among the nurses, especiallywork fatigue and burnout. The report also focused on having a dialogue with a group ofnurses to identify stress sources at the workplace and recommend to local health serviceproviders to take care of their nurses. The second article aimed to find out how nurses

The first article will investigate the nurses’ professionalism and their performance.
4QUALITATIVE RESEARCHThe first article describes the effects of stress and fatigue among the nurses at their place ofwork. The reports also provide possibilities for changes and also suggest work culture thatcan be effective in bringing positive changes to the working conditions among the nurses.The articles also support nursing by setting up a dialogue between the nurses and the cause ofstress at their workplaces.
