NUTRITION ANALYSIS The goal of this project is to determine the number of calories you eat in one day and what percent of the calories come  from fat, protein and carbohydrates. 1. Record all the food you eat and record the number of grams of fat, protein, and carbohydrates in the  appropriate columns. 2. Add all the fat grams for the day together and multiply by nine to convert fat grams into calories.  Record  that number in the appropriate column. 3. Add all the protein grams for the day together and multiply by four to convert fat grams into calories.  Record  that number in the appropriate column. 4. Add all the carbohydrate grams for the day together and multiply by four to convert fat grams into calories.  Record that number in the appropriate column. 5.
