The key learning is not about what is the right decision; it is about gaining deep insight into the business situation that underlies the strategic decision. None of the cases have a single right answer. The performance of individual students and the class as a whole is not judged on the basis of reaching the best recommendation but upon the analysis and judgment that underlies the recommendation (Grant, 2010).
