Logan Wiseman General Biology I: Human Perspectives Filter Observations November 30, 2010 Week One I have taken a coffee filter and plastered Vaseline all over it on both sides and then hung it in between the window and screen. It had a greasy texture with a sticky coating on both sides that was very shiny. The filter has a clear white texture on both sides and if you look closely enough your able to see through to the other side, there is currently no other colors identifiable on the filter there is also no smell aside from the Vaseline at this time.

At the end of four weeks I expect the filter to have a more discolored look, while the texture may remain largely the same I don’t expect it to have the same sleek look or the same sticky texture as when the Vaseline was first applied, I also expect the filter to dry up and become bit crusty under the touch while if any air pollution is collected I’m assuming it will have a smell to it as well.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
