My highest pulse rate would be after working out. 1) Pulse rate @ resting state: 68+72=140/2= 70 2) Pulse rate @ running in place: 120+105= 225/2= 112.5 but I’ll round it to 113 even 3) After meal: 75+72= 147/2= 73 4) In the morning: 66+74= 140/2= 70 5) After coffee 90+110=200/2= 100 6) At work 90+88=178/2= 89 7) After work listening to music 90+84=174/2= 87 Activities Lowest Activities Highest Morning 70 Running 112 Resting 70 After Coffee 100 After eating 73 At work 89 Listening Music 87 Listening to music 87 At Work 89 After Meal 73 After coffee 100 Morning 70 Running 112 Resting 70 After comparing my results to my hypothesis it is almost accurate.
