Compound interest: I = A – P Present Value: P = A/(1+i)**n = A * (1+i)**(-n) Definitions: An Annuity : This is a sequence of equal periodic payment Payment period : The length in time between two successive payments is called the payment period or payment interval. Term of Annuity : The length of time between the beginning of the first payment period and the end of the last payment period is called the term of annuity Annual Rent : the sum of payments made in one year is the annual rent.
