Arrival rate = A new customer arrives every 8 minutes Service rate = It takes 6 minutes to help a customer PART 1 A. Complete the excel file. Be sure to enter the appropriate number in the cells that contain a Y (3 decimal places) Be sure to enter the appropriate FORMULA in the cells that contain an X PART 2 Use the data from your completed and accurate excel file to answer the following questions.
