Definition 1.1 Descriptive statistics  includes the construction of  graphs , charts , and tables  and the calculation of various  descriptive measures such as averages, measures of  variation, and percentiles. Descriptive Statistics Descriptive Statistics consists of methods for organizing and summarizing statistics.
