ENGR 13x2 Lecture Assignment 2 Due at the start of class on September 7, 2011 Read Horenstein (2.1 – 2.4) Take something apart Something new to you - doesn’t have to be extremely complicated Please be SAFE! Unplug electronic devices, etc. Someone asked me if they could “take apart” some software code – I will allow this but it should be code that you are not familiar with. If you want to “take apart” something else that is not a physical object please let me know. In certain circumstances I will approve this. See if you can understand how it works What are the main parts? What function do you think they serve? (be sure to cite your sources if you look something up) Take a few pictures during the process Draw a simple sketch and label the main parts
