Assignment 3.2: Shadow Health ModuleSynopsisMs. Jones is a 28-year-old African American woman who presented to the clinic with complaints of the sore, itchy throat, constantly itchy eyes, and runny nose with clear discharge for the last week. She denies tobacco use, cough, fever, chills, diaphoresis, changes in her hearing, vision, taste, and any recent illness or exposures to sick persons. She states that her throat pain seems to be worse in the morning and has some soreness when swallowing. She rates her throat pain as 4/10and throat itchiness as 5/10. She has treated her throat pain with throat lozenges which have “helped a little”. Ms. Jones has a history of asthma; the last hospitalization was at age 16 for asthma. Her current inhaler Proventil use has beenher baseline of 2-3 times per week. Her sister has a history of hay fever. She has never been diagnosed with seasonal allergies. After performing HEENT assessments, it concluded that Ms. Jones has allergic rhinitis. I recommended
