Top Store/Salon Issues Store/Salon Complaint 1. Be VERY sympathetic. Listen so we know exactly why the customer is complaining. 2. Click on Customer tab, click Clear Customer Information, put store 3 digit # in the last name and hit Enter. 3. Classification: Store/Salon Issues, Guest Service Issue, Associate Issue or Salon Issue/service 4. Ask for the guest’s name (first and last) and contact info (phone number) 5. Send to Store General Manager/ Salon Manager/ DM (depends on the issue. Involves a manager always by pass the store and contact the DM) 6. Copy and paste the notes from the phone call along with the guest’s name and phone number. Send it to the store (GM or SM) or the DM 7. Resolution: Apologize to guest and advise that GM/SM or DM will contact them in 24- 48 hours. Always provide guest with last six digits of the Incident #. Store Coupon Issue: Store will not allow ULTA $3.50 off coupon along with a manufacturer’s coupon because the manufacturer’s coupon will reduce the subtotal below $10.
