HR Job Postings Program Guidelines Purpose The purpose for the HR job posting guidelines are to promote awareness of open positions to Alpine Access internal employees and promote a fair and consistent process to staff such open positions. Program Guidelines Open positions are required to be posted for internal employees to apply. Corporate open positions are required to be posted for a minimum of five business days. Executive and senior management positions generally are not posted. Employee is required to communicate with their manager regarding his/her intentions to apply for the position. The hiring manager, in partnership with the recruitment department, will determine the sourcing strategy, to include the need to conduct an external applicant search. Note: Senior management reserves the right to not post positions, laterally move a current employee if it may broaden the employee’s range of experience, and/or offer a current employee a promotion when deemed appropriate.
