Unformatted text preview: Receipt Look Up The ULTA return policy currently requires a receipt for all returns and exchanges. As a matter of exception, the guest service department can attempt to locate a guest receipt in order to offer a refund or exchange. If call made between 8am-4pm MT M-F: Obtain guest’s information: first and last name, phone #, and email. Get the store location (obtain store # from store # list), BC card #, last 4 c/c. If guest does not have this info, have them call back and choose option 2. Inform guest: “We will be happy to assist you with this but I will need to transfer you to the department that has access to receipt information. Please hold.” Click on Warm Transfer button in Sparc, enter 9+1+630-378-7210 (do not enter the + or – signs), then click Dial to be connected with Corporate. After you have informed support agent of request, click on Connect All, then inform guest that you have connected them to (give name of agent who will be assisting them) who will help locate their receipt, thank them for calling...
