Standard Texts Store RETURN ISSUES ○Receipt Lookup Request (No information provided) Thank you for your email regarding the return that you want to make. I can try and locate a receipt in 1 of 2 ways. I can try and find a receipt if a reward card was used at the time of the transaction. The reward card would contain your purchase history. If you used a reward card please forward your 13 digit customer number. If you do not know what your customer number is please email back with any phone numbers and addresses associated with your account. The other way to find a receipt is if a credit card was used. If you used a credit card please forward the exact date of purchase, the store location, and the last 4 digits of the credit card used. As long as one of the two options was used at checkout I should be able to locate a receipt for you from within the past 6 months. (If the guest has not specified what they want to return, request that they email back with the item name) Thank you for choosing to shop at ULTA and for being a valued ULTA customer. ○Receipt Not Found Thank you for your email regarding a receipt lookup for the item you would like to return. I was not able to find the (name of item(s) in your reward card transaction history. The only other way for me to find a receipt is if you used a credit card. Please email back with the exact date of purchase, the store location, and the last 4 digits of the credit card used. As long as the purchase was made within the last 6 months I can try and find a receipt. Thank you for choosing to shop at ULTA and for being a valued ULTA customer. ○Receipt Found Thank you for your email regarding a receipt lookup. I have found the receipt for the item you want to return. I have emailed a copy to the store where the item was purchased in (insert city name). The store will hold the receipt in their email for the next 7 days under your first name. When you go into the store please give the manager on duty your first name and let them know that Guest Services sent a receipt over. Unfortunately I cannot send receipts directly to customers; I can only send them to the stores. Whenever you get a chance to head over to the store your receipt will be waiting. I have made the changes in our system and you will begin to receive the mailings within a matter of weeks. I apologize that it will take about 6 to 8 weeks for the mailings to make their way to you again. Our mailings are sent 2 months ahead of delivery to the printers and unfortunately there is no way of updating the address any quicker at this time.
