Happy Winter all Alpine Agents, Whew! Are you glad Black Friday and Cyber Monday are over? I know I am. All of you did a great job. Ulta corporate was able to better service a lot more customers because of you. We truly appreciate and value all the hard work every single one of you have put in to making Ulta a better and more efficient company. We would not have been able to service all of our loyal customers to the level we did with out you. Thank you all. Since Christmas is quickly approaching, I just wanted to provide all of you a little feedback. Especially since we will have a ton of last minute shoppers, we just want to make sure we have a chance to regroup and provide each and every one exceptional customer service this season. Below are just a few things that have come to my attention and I just want to bring a little clarity to all.
