FAQs FROM THE TOTAL REWARDS/ATTENDANCE POLICY TOWN HALL MEETINGS Who is eligible to receive the Total Rewards Incentive? Any Alpine Access non-corporate employee who has an active status is eligible for the program. Are Jump-On Only Agents eligible for the Total Rewards Incentive? Yes, Jump-On Only agents are eligible for the Total Rewards Incentive, too. However, it would be difficult to only jump on and meet the hours worked threshold. It may be better to talk with your team leader about moving to a regular scheduled shift if you are able to work those hours. What is the incentive range? Depending on the number of hours worked in a 12-week period, the incentive can vary up to $210.00. Please see payout table located in the Total Rewards Incentive Plan document under Employee Services in the Web Center for potential payout amounts. How will the Total Rewards Incentive be taxed? The Total Rewards Incentive will be taxed at your standard withholding rate that you previously designated. Will the payout display separately on the check? Will it be listed as a bonus on the check? Yes, the incentive will display separately on the paycheck. Can Payroll process the rewards check to a separate account?
