Process For Reporting Technical Issues and Missing a Shift Technical Issues: 1) Notify your Shift Lead via Adobe Chat and or Yahoo IM. 2) Log into Instant Access Chat on your homepage in the Webcenter. 3) Enter the Ulta WFM Team chatroom to post your technical issue. This needs to be done as quickly as possible when you are logging off the phones. 4) When posting, please use the following format - Joe Smith/start 8:15/Sparc issue Joe Smith/start 12:05/headset issue 5) When you are back up & running, return to the Ulta WFM Team chatroom and post that your issue is resolved. It is not necessary to post the details of whom you spoke with or how the issue was resolved, simply that you are returning back to work. Please use the following format - Joe Smith/start 12:05, end 12:20/final post/headset issue It is essential that you keep the Ulta WFM Team and your Shift Leads advised of your time off of Sparc Phone to ensure you are not considered 'missing' time. This also helps us make adjustments for proper coverage as needed. Missing a Shift
